A multinational company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing. In this job, you will build, plan, execute, and manage the overall marketing strategy, platforms, and campaigns to help business increase brand awareness, generate more leads and improve customer engagement.

About the Head of Marketing Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing a brand and marketing strategy for Southeast Asia and drive lead generating marketing campaigns and awareness in the countries to support sales while ensuring alignment with the group’s overall marketing and communications strategy and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Utilise data-driven insights to optimise digital campaigns and maximise ROI
• Plan, organise and follow up on local trade shows, events, training, and webinars
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources

To succeed in this Head of Marketing role, you must have prior marketing experience and in driving marketing strategies across an organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Minimum of eight years of experience in marketing, with at least three years in a leadership role
• Fluent in written and spoken English and other local languages
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience with modern marketing tools, platforms, and technologies
