Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead their Household Appliances division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of the entire pre-season planning process, including detailed analytics and documentation for all categories. Your expertise in evaluating past seasons, setting assortment strategy frameworks, and generating baseline forecasts will be crucial in driving the company's success.

What you'll do:

As a Product Manager for Household Appliances, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's product lines. You will lead the entire pre-season planning process, leveraging your analytical skills to evaluate past performance and set strategic frameworks for future assortments. Your ability to collaborate with regional counterparts will be key in building successful seasonal lines that meet consumer requirements and drive company profitability. Additionally, your expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and stock management will ensure efficient operations and optimal customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and own the entire pre-season planning process for all categories.
  • Evaluate and document learning from previous seasons at article level for all categories.
  • Define and set season assortment strategy framework.
  • Work with regional counterparts to build and finalize a successful season line.
  • Generate baseline forecast using historical sales data, market conditions, and demand planning strategies.
  • Ensure all purchases align with approved budgets and price structures.
  • Maintain an up-to-date delivery schedule and take immediate actions in case of late deliveries.
  • Review merchandising reports and take necessary action.
  • Achieve assigned stock rotation annually based on official yearly budget.
  • Implement required actions to ensure aging stock is within the norms of the company.
