What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Legal Specialist (Technology) role brings a wealth of experience in law, specifically within IT and technology procurement contracts.
- Qualified lawyer with minimum minimum of 8-12 years of post-qualification experience, focusing on IT or technology procurement contracts.
- Expertise in areas such as cloud services, big data, software licensing, SAAS platforms, and telecommunications procurement is essential.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to work independently, and excels as a positive, passionate, and collaborative team player.
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks.
- Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts and effectively train business teams on relevant legal matters.
