Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced AM, Legal with 3–5 years of PQE to join their team. What you'll do:

You will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice on a variety of legal matter. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: -

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of real estate / property& land law including contracts and disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and real estate / property-related contracts and agreements.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure adherence to legal requirements across the organization.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect the organization's operations.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this position brings a wealth of experience in both corporate law and real estate/property law.

• Possess a degree in Law and be admitted to practice, with 3-5 years post qualification experience (PQE)
• Proven expertise in corporate law and real estate/property law
• Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other departments
