Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Compliance Manager to join their team under legal department. This role offers the opportunity to:

What you'll do:
As a Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company operates within legal and ethical boundaries. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure the company operates in compliance with local and international laws, analyzing risks and opportunities to support business growth while defining business-centric practices.
- Implement and manage the corporate compliance program, guidelines, and policies to reduce legal and non-compliance risks.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, develop corrective action plans, and manage compliance systems
- Lead training on compliance policies, including anti-competition, anti-corruption, data privacy, and healthcare system compliance, ensuring employees stay informed and compliant.
- Anticipate and evaluate emerging compliance trends and legal developments to strengthen the compliance culture across the business.
- Support the legal team and compliance officers in organizing committee meetings and collaborating with internal stakeholders on audit, risk management, and process efficiency.
- Contribute to audits, monitor compliance policies, conduct investigations, and communicate the ethics hotline to both internal and external stakeholders.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this position possesses extensive compliance experience, preferably with a legal background.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field; 5-8 years of professional experience in auditing, risk analysis, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as Advocate & Solicitor , Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Analyst, Certified Fraud Examiner, or Certified Compliance Professional are viewed favourably.
- Expertise and comprehensive knowledge of SEA laws, including corruption, competition, data privacy, and international trade sanctions.
- Strong background in operational risk management, with proven experience in handling business risks.
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute strategies effectively.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on execution and delivering results.
