Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Investigation & Security Manager to join their team. This role offers:-
* Opportunity to take charge of compliance and security risk management across SEA
* Exposure in developing strategies to ensure continuous business growth and defining business-centric practices.
* Involvement in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Crisis Continuity Management (CCM)
What you'll do:
As a Compliance Investigation & Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the protection of the company’s people, assets (material and immaterial), and interests in SEA. Key responsibilities including:-
- Analyse compliance risks & opportunities and build strategies for continuous business growth
- Participate in the SEA Compliance Committee meetings as required
- Develop, adapt, and implement global Security policy, guidelines, and standards throughout SEA (Thailand, MY&SG, Cambodia, and Vietnam)
- Work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to ensure process efficiency
- Undertake security verifications and investigations when required
- Assist Cycles & Procurement for all contracts related to Security field-of-activity
- Establish and maintain stakeholder map and liaison with local security authorities
- Communicate Ethics Line to stakeholders and manage internal investigations reporting
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this position brings a wealth of professional auditing or analytical experience to the table. Key requirements are:_
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional auditing, analytical or similar professional experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Safety Manager familiar with regulations related to Occupational Safety and Health
- Experience in managing risk for business
- Excellent communication skills with strong ability to organize and plan strategically
- High level of integrity and corporate governance expertise
- Willing to travel when necessarily.
