An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Company Secretary to enhance the corporate secretarial structure amidst expanding business activities. This role offers an incredible chance to provide secretarial support across all functions and subsidiaries, leading or supporting strategic and complex projects. The successful candidate will be part of a progressive, fast-paced banking industry that values inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.

What you'll do:

As a Company Secretary, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. You will play a crucial role in shaping their corporate secretarial structure as they expand their business activities. Your responsibilities will include establishing new policies and tools related to contract life cycle management, coordinating strategic functions across various departments, drafting and reviewing minutes autonomously, and managing corporate and governance matters amongst other ancillary matters. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and thriving work environment.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Company Secretary position will bring a wealth of experience from established organisations. With at least 5 years of solid corporate secretarial experience under your belt, you will have proven track records working in a dynamic and thriving work environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Malay/Bahasa will be essential in this role. Your ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining agility in a fast-paced work setting will set you apart.
