As an Assistant Manager in Legal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's legal framework. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:-

  • Review and draft comprehensive commercial contracts, letters, and various legal documents, ensuring they are meticulously tailored to meet specific business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to a wide range of legal queries, conducting thorough research to provide well-founded answers and guidance on these inquiries.
  • Lead and drive strategic projects, including the organization and facilitation of workshops, and the development and implementation of new legal policies to align with business goals.
  • Formulate detailed and strategic responses to letters of demand, coordinating with external counsels to manage and oversee litigation matters effectively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the pressure points, strategies, and objectives of the business to provide legal advice that supports and enhances business operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, articulating the risks and legal implications involved in business decisions, ensuring that they are fully informed to make sound judgments.

  • A qualified legal professional with approximately 5 - 7 years of experience, spanning both private practice and in-house settings.
  • Well versed with Corporate/Commercial Law, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Contract Law, with a strong ability to apply this expertise to a variety of legal scenarios and business contexts.
  • Exhibit strong communication, analytical, and commercial skills, with a collaborative and innovative mindset, showing enthusiasm for an inclusive and diverse work environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, fostering productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
