Regional Legal Counsel (MY,SG, IDN)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded and entrepreneurial lawyer to join a global leader in food & beverage concessions across travel locations. This is not your typical in-house role. You will operate at the heart of a fast-moving regional business, partnering directly with senior leadership while advising on strategic, operational, and transactional matters across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will play a key role in enabling business growth across APAC through hands-on legal support across a broad spectrum of work, including:

• Structuring and negotiating airport concession agreements & tenders
• Advising on franchise & licensing arrangements for local and international brands
• Supporting joint ventures, M&A and expansion initiatives
• Managing a wide range of commercial contracts (supply, consultancy, NDAs)
• Overseeing legal risk & contract governance across multiple jurisdictions
• Supporting finance-related legal matters (bank guarantees, parent guarantees)
• Driving compliance initiatives including ABC, privacy & internal policies
• Partnering with Company Secretarial teams on regional governance matters
• Managing external counsel across Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia
• Delivering legal updates & training to business stakeholders
