Senior Legal Counsel

This dynamic group is a growing family investment office based in Hong Kong that manages portfolio companies in real estate, oil and gas, and technology across Asia Pacific.

What you'll do:

The ideal candidate will be a structured thinker with exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of implementing and maintaining a systematic approach to dealing with issues and document handling in both digital and physical formats, and work closely with external counsel to ensure this support is utilized and managed properly.

What you'll be doing:

• General corporate/commercial, stakeholder/project management, external counsel management, working closely with team managers.
• Reporting to the Group General Counsel and top-level executives, this is a new role to support the group teams in a variety of areas, including case management, corporate governance
• (open on practice area) ideally with common law qualifications, litigation experience would be advantageous.
• A proactive self-starter with strong ownership, able to independently solve challenges and clearly communicate with different stakeholders locally and regionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and leading digital document management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and preferably Cantonese/Mandarin).
