Your role in managing dispute resolution portfolios and the ability to coordinate with external parties on corporate exercises sets you apart.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide legal advice and support across various business sectors including property development, capital financing, financial services, property investment, hospitality, cables and building materials. The successful candidate will be involved in various corporate exercises, manage the dispute resolution portfolio, and oversee intellectual property rights. This position is based in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager in our Legal department, your role will have a focus in disputes while also being multifaceted. You will provide crucial legal advice to our group across a range of sectors and ability to keep abreast with latest developments in laws affecting our businesses will be highly valued.

• Provide legal advice and support to the Group and Management on legal, contractual and operational matters
• Coordinate with external parties, lawyers and other advisers in connection with corporate exercises
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on transactional legal documents/agreements
• Oversee and manage the dispute resolution portfolio involving the Group of Companies
• Assist the Head of Legal to manage the Group Legal portfolio and activities
• Prepare necessary reports and legal updates for consideration of the Senior Management and Board of Directors
• Oversee the registration, renewal, and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights under the Group’s businesses.
• Review and update policies and procedures for Group Legal to ensure proper management of legal matters
