Our client is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Associate, Legal within the Banking Finance & Projects practice group . The ideal candidate will have experience in private practice with clients consisting of major banks or borrowers. What you'll do:
As an Associate, Legal field, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice on matters related to Islamic finance, corporate banking, and debt capital markets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal documents while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
