About the Account Director
In this business critical role, the focus will be managing multiple sales cycles from start to finish for delivery of customised business solutions to clients on highly profitable projects.
- Manage the designated Account Management Team in Malaysia
- Develop and implement account management strategies
- Work with the support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Researches market and coordinates the generation of new business relationships for all product families to enhance company revenues and profits. Oversees the maintenance of existing accounts and all leads for potential opportunities for expansion
- Ensures sales solutions support model and enhance company opportunities and meets needs of customer and company goals
- Any new additional ad-hoc tasks that are related to sales and job scope, including cross selling of other product and services
To succeed in this Account Manager role, you must be an energetic executive who can work in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment and who has experience with consultative sales with an in depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, Data Centre, Cloud Services and Enterprise Level Tech Support and Solutions.
- Possess a Degree in any other related field
- Minimum two years' working experience in Sales (IT INDUSTRY-HARDWARE)
- Fluent in English
