About this Regional Chief Information Officer (CIO) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the business strategy, delivering the highest quality service and overseeing daily operation issues. You will also take the lead in developing and maintaining a cost efficient and best ICT platform to support the business operation, directions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business and ensure grow and profitability of the company
• Direct and develop long-term strategic plans
• Manage a sizeable team to design, implement and maintain world-class standard ICT network
• Ensure cost-efficiency and meet all business operational KPIs
• Represent the company, uphold and maintain company's good reputation and image at all times

To succeed in this challenging Regional Chief Information Officer (CIO) role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and has strong global strategic view of technical and digital development.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years' work experience with at least 10 years in a senior management team
• Experience managing cross-function IT operations, encompassing different platforms of infrastructure and applications
• Proven record in management of large budget and experience in complex and tough negotiation
• Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
• Strong business management skills
