About the Senior Manager, Technology Risk role:

As the Senior Manager of Technology Risk, you will be with the Group Risk Management department and ensure integrated risk management across the whole bank. As the second line of defence, your responsibilities are to manage technology risk via a structured risk governance framework for a healthy balance between risk and returns.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and review core technology risk management framework and policies
• Identify emerging tech risk and trends and performing IT risk reviews, assessments, gap analysis
• Participate in IT projects and take initiative to assist and provide consultative advice/guidance to stakeholders
• Provide risk reporting to management and board level committees on tech risk related matters
• provide training/guidance on raising awareness and understanding of tech risk

To succeed in this Senior Manager, Technology Risk role, you should have prior experience in information security and compliance with excellent communication skills.

Key requirements:

• At least six years' experience in Information Security and Compliance, Production Management and Project Management
• Experience with IT audit or IT Data Centre operations and management/ application development will be an advantage
• Preferably university graduates in computer studies, information technology or relevant
• Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English
• Strong collaborator to demonstrate the ability of leadership and the ability to influence and guide the business, with proven strategic thinking
• An exemplary candidate will have project management skill is, with knowledge of IT risk standards, operational risk management, 6-Sigma, ITIL V3 Foundation and other technical skills in security and other related disciplines
