VP, Data Analytics

About the VP, Data Analytics Role:
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will lead the data transformation in the company via the proper execution of build, use, and deployment of existing and/or new analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the data analytics strategy for the organisation
• Manage and lead the delivery of analytical solutions including analytical deep-dives and dashboards to help businesses leverage their internal data assets for strategic decision making
• Provide consultative support to stakeholders and senior management through use of data analytics and also in deployment of data analytics capabilities
• Support portfolio management with in-depth analysis of key segments and business drivers
• Drive innovation initiatives under the business leadership team’s guidance and directives

To succeed in the VP, Data Analytics role, you should have the right technology skill set on top of a great business mindset.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of seven years' work experience in business intelligence and data analytics preferably with experience in end-to-end BI projects
• Skilled in data warehousing, big data and data modelling
• Hands-on experience with latest BI tools and technologies like Qlik Sense, MS Power BI, Microsoft R, SAS, OBIEE along related technologies
• Exposure to new data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Impala is a great advantage
