About the Head of Digital - Downstream Role:
In this groundbreaking role, you are primarily responsible for identifying, assessing and proposing digital and analytics-driven solutions for the organisation’s downstream business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the digital strategy blueprint and road map with digital technologies such as IoT, VR, analytics as a key supporting capability component
• Define the future digital target operating model and structure for the digital team
• Collaborate with IT for software development, system integration and accountable for overall project delivery from inception through go-live
• Conceptualise agile IT delivery models to enable swift execution of digitisation initiatives
• Advisor to the PMO for the prioritisation and operationalisation of digital projects
• Operationalisation of existing and upcoming digital solutions within the organisation

The successful Head of Digital is a valued business partner whose ambitious and tech-savvy.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 years of work experience. Prior experience working in a consulting environment is highly desired
• Strong experience in Industry 4.0 digital technologies
• Track record driving digital transformation programmes
