About the Senior IT Executive Role:

In this business critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operations of the in-house infrastructure systems that support core organisational functions. Role involves technical support for Point of Sales system, desktop and network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining Point of Sales systems, workstations and network
• Perform system diagnosis, repair and updates to ensure data integrity and reliability of automated tasks
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving problems with printers, copiers, fax machines and networks
• Provide help desk and on site technical support of hardware and software
• Interface with users to identify computer related needs and provide appropriate software / hardware support
• applicable to users
• Track and maintain accurate inventory of all computing equipment

To succeed in the Senior IT Executive role, you should be capable of providing initial troubleshooting and support on all incoming support requests, via email or phone.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum three years' IT technical support experience
• Experience in supporting Point of Sales system will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and troubleshooting expertise
