RPO Recruiter – Multi-national Pharmaceutical Company

We are seeking a bilingual RPO Recruiter to join our RPO team, supporting recruitment efforts across Malaysia and Taiwan. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the pharmaceutical industry, where innovation and excellence drive everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent positions across Malaysia and Taiwan, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Utilize your bilingual skills in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders and candidates across both regions.
• Oversee administrative tasks related to contractor management, including timesheet tracking and compliance documentation.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of recruitment and contractor administration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, either from an agency or in-house setting.
• Strong proficiency in both Mandarin and English, enabling seamless communication across diverse teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly when managing administrative tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, spending 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic industry.
