Sourcing Specialist/Tech Recruiter (6 Months Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter available immediately for a 6-month onsite contract (potential extension). You will drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles, sourcing, screening, and engaging top IT talent across multiple departments. This role offers the chance to make an impact by building strong, diverse tech teams and partnering closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you'll do:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and assessing qualified candidates for various positions within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

  • Utilise various sourcing methods to identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates for multiple open roles.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of passive candidates, proactively engaging with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

What you bring:

The ideal Recruitment Specialist will bring proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates. Other requirements include:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or similar role with focus on sourcing, screening and assessing candidates.
  • Familiarity with variety of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc.).
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills with ability to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
