Our Talent Advisory business has been established as a response to client demand and offers market intelligence data insights, market-leading future of work advisory services and talent development solutions to our clients to support their talent challenges across geography, industry and discipline. We are building on the initial success of our emerging Talent Advisory practice by adding a dedicated Regional Engagement Lead in each region to support our client engagement pipelines through developing strong and sustainable relationships across both our Recruitment and Outsourcing service lines as well as creating our own direct client portfolio. This person will be charged with developing additional sales opportunities across all 3 product offerings in the Talent Advisory space and being our ambassador on the ground in the region.
Role Summary
Reporting into the Global Head of Client Engagement, the Regional Engagement Lead – Talent Advisory will create and own our sales pipeline across all 3 product offerings within the Talent Advisory service line. This role will be responsible for building pathways for effective stakeholder engagement and business development across our internal service lines of Recruitment and Outsourcing as well as developing external direct client engagement strategies to build our own distinct client base as well as maximizing the partnering opportunities we have from an internal perspective. Supporting our Global Practice Leads across Market Intelligence, Future of work and Talent Development, our Regional Engagement Lead will work across the Talent Advisory service line ensuring that we have appropriate GTM strategies in place to drive ongoing engagement and building a sustainable pipeline.
You will support and work alongside the team developing proposals for external client delivery opportunities, and engage in the delivery of services where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
VISION
- Lead Talent Advisory Pipeline development: Oversee the development of local GTM strategies ensuring that we are building a sustainable pipeline across all product offerings in the region in a systematic manner. Working alongside Marketing and our Global Practice Heads, developing campaigns aimed at elevating our brand awareness both internally and externally and ensuring that we are delivering product offerings that are both relevant and valuable to our broad network of clients.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their talent advisory needs and design customized solutions.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain collaborative partnerships with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Needs Assessment and Customization: Assess client requirements through in-depth consultations and customize talent advisory strategies accordingly.
- Proposal writing & Tender submission: Create bespoke and customized proposals for client requirements.
- Support end to end consulting cycle: Lead projects through scoping phase and work alongside the Global Practice Heads to facilitate seamless delivery. Manage legal contracts, commercials, and invoicing working with different departments within RW to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular check-ins, progress updates, and feedback sessions with clients to ensure alignment.
- Client Satisfaction: Measure client success by ongoing review through CSAT and building effective feedback models.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Working alongside our colleagues from the Recruitment and Outsourcing businesses, you will identify growth opportunities and ensure that we are targeting the right markets to build a sustainable revenue pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues within Talent Advisory from the Market Intelligence, Future of Work and Talent Development product offerings to ensure that we are building aligned service offerings and collaborating continuously to ensure exceptional client service delivery and engagement.

- Define products and service offerings that align to our customers’ needs and objectives through both direct customer engagement and feedback and listening to our internal stakeholders.
- Capture and champion customer stories that build a deep understanding of the value our Talent Advisory business adds to the broader group and embed our offering with all our stakeholders.
MEASURE
- Set customer targets and establish lead management metrics to assess our success in conversions from proposals to project wins.
- Work with the Global Practice Heads to define a customer feedback map and metrics that evaluates Talent Advisory in a consistent manner across the business.
- Commit to a framework of effective data quality in order to ensure that we can create meaningful reporting across the Advisory practice to demonstrate our growth and also our improvement opportunities as the business evolves.
- Work with the Global Head of Client Engagement to set appropriate revenue targets for the region, ensuring a structure of defined success metrics for both internal and external client engagement.
IMPROVE
- Work to identify genuine Talent Advisory improvement and revenue generation opportunities across the business and develop business cases for execution as appropriate.
- Ensure a focus on delivering a product offering that offers client engagement and opportunities for both our Recruitment and Outsourcing business streams.
- Ensuring customer data and feedback is acted upon to improve our service delivery.
- Align with internal stakeholders and teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects
- Significant depth of experience in client engagement, account management or similar role within the talent advisory or HR consulting sector
- Strong understanding of the talent advisory sector including awareness of best practice and industry trends
- In-depth understanding of the recruitment sector, appreciating how to align our Talent Advisory service offering to the traditional recruitment service delivery model
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
