This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic hiring initiatives and workforce planning efforts across key business units. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong background in resource allocation, talent strategy, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to align hiring needs with business growth objectives.

  • Lead resource allocation efforts to ensure optimal recruitment capacity and efficiency.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for consulting and corporate roles, managing talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess hiring demands, ensuring a structured approach to headcount planning.

  • Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-hire metrics.

  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent and position the firm as an employer of choice.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or resource management within a professional services, consulting, or high-growth corporate environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making for recruitment planning.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence hiring strategies at all levels.

  • Expertise in talent market mapping, direct sourcing, and executive search methodologies.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
