As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our organisation. You will act as a key partner to business leaders, driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with organisational goals. Your ability to manage a portfolio of requisitions, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and proactively network will be crucial in this role.   • Drive the recruitment strategy and ensure the acquisition of top talent
  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions, managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and external partners
  • Proactively network and engage in the local market to identify and build talent pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and align hiring demand to their workforce plans
  • Provide credible and consultative advice during the entire recruitment lifecycle

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Business Partner role brings proven experience in managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Your ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders coupled with your proficiency in proactive sourcing will be key assets in this role. A strategic thinker, you are adept at developing solutions to complex talent acquisition challenges. Your digital literacy skills enable you to utilise technology efficiently, driving continuous improvement across the business. Additionally, your strong organisational and time management skills equip you to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition managing the full end-to-end lifecycle
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with senior leaderships, hiring managers, cross-functional teams, HR, leadership, and external partners
  • Proficiency with proactive sourcing and talent community development
  • Ability to think commercially and strategically, developing solutions to complex talent acquisition challenges
  • Digital literacy – proficient in the utilisation of technology to drive efficiencies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
