What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your primary responsibility will be shaping the future workforce of our client's organisation. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. You will also ensure that all candidates have a world-class experience throughout their recruitment journey. Your role will also involve representing the company's culture and values to prospective candidates in an engaging manner. Additionally, you will track key recruitment metrics for continuous improvement of the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment laws.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition to successful onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deeply understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience by managing expectations, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive recruitment journey.
  • Represent the company's culture, values, and career opportunities in a compelling way to prospective candidates.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, employment laws, and ethical standards.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Partner role brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition within fast-paced industries. With a minimum of 5 years' experience under your belt, you are proficient in utilising various sourcing methods and tools. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to build trustful relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You are comfortable handling multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering high-quality results within tight timelines. Your analytical mindset enables you to interpret recruitment data and use these insights to make evidence-based decisions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced industry.
  • Proficient in utilizing multiple sourcing methods and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.
  • Comfortable interpreting recruitment data and using insights to make evidence-based decisions.
