Roles & Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and place top tech talent across various industries and roles, from software engineers to product managers and beyond.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a great fit on both sides.
- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and talent demand to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to find the best talent in the market.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with hiring managers and companies to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Ideal Candidate:
- For Fresh Graduates: Enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. Any background in technology or recruitment is a plus, but not required!
- For Experienced Recruiters: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in technology or a related industry. Strong network and ability to deliver under pressure is a must.
- Both: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
