What you'll do:

As a Graduate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future talent pipeline. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates for early-career positions. Your responsibilities will include managing large-scale recruitment efforts for internships and pupillage programmes, building relationships with universities to attract top talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process, partnering with marketing to enhance the firm's brand among graduate talent, tracking recruitment metrics, and refining recruitment processes based on data analysis.

  • Manage the recruitment process for internship and pupillage programmes, from requisition through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-potential candidates from universities, career fairs, and online platforms.
  • Screen, interview, and assess applicants based on firm-specific competencies and culture fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs and manage large-scale recruitment efforts.
  • Oversee the logistics of mass hiring events, ensuring all positions are filled promptly with qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and law schools to attract top talent for our internship and pupillage programmes.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by communicating proactively and providing clear guidance on recruitment processes and timelines.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and promote the firm’s brand as an employer of choice among graduate and intern talent.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, reporting on key hiring KPIs and progress against targets.

What you bring:

The ideal Graduate Recruiter will bring a wealth of experience in high-volume recruitment within a corporate environment or law firm. You should have a strong understanding of campus recruitment strategies and early-career hiring. Your excellent organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple priorities, while your exceptional communication skills will allow you to engage and influence stakeholders effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
