What you'll do:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's recruitment strategy. You will take full ownership of their hiring goals, ensuring that they have robust hiring plans, processes, and attraction strategies in place. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Team. You will also collaborate with Finance and Controlling teams to manage the Recruitment budget. Your role will involve driving consistent hiring processes and candidate experiences across the end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process.

  • Develop and deliver talent acquisition strategy
  • Ensure robust hiring plans, processes and attraction strategies
  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Collaborate with Finance and Controlling teams to manage Recruitment budget
  • Drive consistent hiring processes and candidate experiences
  • Evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Brand
  • Develop and manage attraction channel strategies
  • Establish strong external network and industry bodies knowledge
  • Drive insights through various TA systems to drive the strategy

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of Talent Acquisition role is someone who is passionate about Talent Acquisition. You should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in leading a high performing Talent Acquisition Team. Experience managing employer branding initiatives including targeting passive talent is essential. You should have sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques / tools (e.g. professional platforms, social networks), and be an expert in TA technology; Candidate Databases, Application Tracking System (ATS) and Talent Relationship Management.
