Our client is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join their dynamic team in Shah Alam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to source, identify and deliver high-quality talent to meet business needs

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering hiring lead times, coordinating recruitment initiatives, and providing excellent internal customer service. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can work at a fast pace and meet tight deadlines.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's team. You will be responsible for sourcing top-notch talent that aligns with the company's vision and goals. Your ability to administer hiring lead times effectively will ensure that the company's standards are met consistently. Your participation in various recruitment initiatives will showcase your commitment to finding the best fit for each role. Your excellent customer service skills will foster strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates alike. Your ability to write compelling recruitment advertisements will attract a diverse pool of applicants from various channels. Lastly, your meticulous tracking of recruitment progress will aid in continuous improvement efforts.

  • Source, identify and deliver high quality talent to meet business needs
  • Administer and ensure hiring lead time/service Level agreement (SLA) as per the Company’s requirements and standards
  • Arrange and conduct interview process for selected group of employees as determined by the Company
  • Coordinate and participate in any recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, walk-in interview, career talk, collaboration with higher Institution, etc
  • Provide excellent internal customer service, work closely with hiring managers and candidates to close assignments successfully
  • Write effective recruitment advertisement and advertise to all potential channels not limited to Job Boards, Social Media and ATS Applicant Tracking System
  • Prepare and maintain tracking and weekly report on recruitment progress (i.e.: recruitment budget utilization, lead time of hiring, number of hiring, etc.,) for the next course of actions and improvements

What you bring:

The ideal Senior Recruitment Specialist will bring a wealth of experience in the field, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. A minimum diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Studies is required. Experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, Healthcare and Manufacturing hiring would be an added advantage. The candidate should be proficient in both spoken and written English and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The person should be a proactive problem solver who can work at a fast pace. Being a team player with good interpersonal skills, maturity, resourcefulness and independence is crucial for this role. The ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines is also essential.

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or any related discipline
  • At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Candidates with working experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, Healthcare and Manufacturing hiring would be an added advantage
  • Candidates with mass recruitment experience are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a prerequisite
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Able to solve problems proactively and work at a fast pace
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful and independent
