Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts at the Group level.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the company's hiring needs are met in line with the business expansion. The successful candidate will have the chance to manage full-fledge recruitment affairs for the organization, with a particular focus on the retail banking side. What you'll do:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's workforce. You will be responsible for leading effective recruitment strategies, managing the hiring activities and providing high-level advisory support to senior management. Your strong people management skills will be crucial in leading your team and ensuring turnaround deliverables in closing positions are managed effectively. Working collaboratively across departments, you will align recruitment strategies with business goals, playing a key role in driving the company's success.

  • Spearhead effective recruitment strategies to ensure the company's hiring needs are fulfilled
  • Full suit recruitment management for the Group
  • Provide high-level advisory support to senior management for people-related decisions

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of Talent Acquisition role will bring a wealth of experience from previous senior talent acquisition roles. You will have proven expertise in managing turnaround deliverables in closing positions and possess strong people management skills. Your high advisory capability will enable you to support senior management effectively in making people-related decisions. Experience in retail banking recruitment would be highly beneficial. Your excellent interpersonal skills will allow you to work collaboratively across departments, contributing significantly to our client's success.

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager or similar role
  • Expertise in managing turnaround deliverables in closing positions
  • Strong people management skills and ability to lead a team
  • High advisory capability to support senior management in making people-related decisions
  • Experience in retail banking recruitment is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
