Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager, Recruitment Operations to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

This role is split into two key areas: 1) Recruitment Operations, which includes overseeing governance, compliance, policy procedures, pre-employment screening and background checks; and 2) Workforce and Manpower Planning, which involves analysing data to identify the business's bench strength in terms of hiring and attrition rate, headcount forecast, and hiring budget control. The successful candidate will be leading a team , focusing on the full-fledge recruitment operations affairs.

  • Oversee recruitment operational activities including recruitment governance, regulatory compliance, policy procedures, pre-employment screening and background checks
  • Analyse data for workforce and manpower planning
  • Leading a team of seasoned HR recruitment ops


What you'll do:
As the Senior Manager, Recruitment Operations you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice to the unit head regarding recruitment operations and delivering high-level overviews key data components pertaining to Manpower Planning. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements during recruitment processes, overseeing pre-employment screening and background checks. Furthermore, you will monitor hiring and attrition rates to identify the business's bench strength, forecast headcount, and control hiring budgets based on your data analysis.

  • Provide advice to the management regarding the overall progress of recruitment operations
  • Offer a high-level overview on the unit's deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in recruitment processes
  • Oversee pre-employment screening and background checks
  • Monitor hiring and attrition rates to identify the business's bench strength
