Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of consumer food brands, supplying locally manufactured and marketed products such as soup, pasta sauces, and more.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's team. Your primary responsibility will be to attract top talents using various strategies such as job advertisements, leveraging job sites, and making cold calls. You will also be responsible for screening applicants, evaluating candidates in consultation with HRBPs/ hiring managers, arranging and conducting interviews. Additionally, you will manage the new hires onboarding process and assist HRBPs in projects when needed. This role requires someone who is proactive, organised, results-driven and possesses a pleasant personality.

  • Strategize effictive talent attraction methods that extends beyond job advertisements, job sites, and making cold calls
  • Leading the process to screen applicants by analysing responses, verifying references, assessing qualifications, and reviewing employee referrals
  • Evaluate candidates in consultation with HRBPs/hiring managers, ensuring consistency of information
  • Regularly update the management on vacancies and placement report
  • Comply with recruitment legislation and provide advice/ guidance to hiring managers
  • Manage the team deliverables
  • Assist regional HR initiatives projects when needed

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional Talent Acquisition Lead position brings a wealth of experience in full cycle talent management and recruitment. With at least 10 years' experience under your belt, preferably in the FMCG industry, you are adept at screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit within the organisational culture. You are proactive, able to work with minimum supervision, and have a results-driven approach towards your work. Your pleasant personality, integrity, and confident communication skills will be key in this role.

  • Degree in any relevant discipline; preferably in Business/ HR administration
  • At least 10 years of experience in full cycle talent acquisition / recruitment (required), preferably in FMCG industry
  • Experienced in managing and leading a team of recruiters
  • Proactive in nurturing and ability to strategize manpower planning
  • Results Driven, Professional, Organized approach towards work
  • Pleasant personality, works with integrity, confident communication skills
