Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and cultural values
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding, for a variety of technical and non-technical positions, including software developers, data scientists, sales professionals, and F&B specialists
Sourcing and Networking: Proactively identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry events, and talent communities
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience
Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance our employer brand by creating compelling job postings, career pages, and participating in employer branding activities
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
Team Building:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers to ensure a high-performing talent acquisition department
Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners such as recruiting agencies and job boards
To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Manager role, you will need to have a 360 overview and experience in managing recruitment end-to-end.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a senior recruiting role in the tech industry
Deep understanding of the F&B industry or a willingness to quickly acquire such knowledge
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and modern HR technologies
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage data for recruitment decisions
