About the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Beauty) Role:
Due to excellent results and expansion plans, the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Beauty) will play an important role in the company's continued development and success in SEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment right from the requisition stage to advertisement, interviewing and hiring
• Seek new ideas and approaches with a view to identify, attract, develop and maintain sufficient talent pool to support the recruitment requirements
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Take on employer branding initiatives and build relationships with external parties
• Execute and assist in employee engagement activities
• Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned

To succeed in the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Beauty) job, you will need a good foundation in recruitment and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR/admin-related field
• At least two to three years of experience in recruitment
• Fluent in English, both strong verbal and written communication
