About the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Beauty) Role: Due to excellent results and expansion plans, the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Beauty) will play an important role in the company's continued development and success in SEA.
Handle end-to-end recruitment right from the requisition stage to advertisement, interviewing and hiring
Seek new ideas and approaches with a view to identify, attract, develop and maintain sufficient talent pool to support the recruitment requirements
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
Take on employer branding initiatives and build relationships with external parties
Execute and assist in employee engagement activities
Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned
To succeed in the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Beauty) job, you will need a good foundation in recruitment and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR/admin-related field
At least two to three years of experience in recruitment
Fluent in English, both strong verbal and written communication
Hands-on and values teamwork
Prior experience in commercial hiring will be an added advantage
