Key Responsibilities:
Engage and connect with potential talents proactively, employing innovative methods to explore the talent market for the required individuals

Communicate effectively about the company's future direction and collaborate with hiring managers to identify suitable solutions and select talents that align with the organisation's goals
Prioritise an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Continuously assess and enhance the current recruitment procedures, identifying opportunities for digitalisation and automation to boost efficiency and outcomes
Show initiative in self-improvement and staying updated on emerging trends
Harness recruitment technology and tools to gather pertinent data for the advancement of machine learning and artificial intelligence
Contribute to fostering innovative cultures and promoting employee engagement and inclusivity to enhance personal and overall performance
Responsible for tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees for various departments
To succeed in the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you must be able to lead and contribute to the execution and delivery of end-to-end recruitment affairs, inclusive of employer branding and external engagement such as university partnerships and career fairs participation.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of eight years' recruitment experience and handling TA projects
Strong understanding of the talent landscape based on job functions
