Join a multinational company in their regional talent acquisition scope in recruiting for volume hiring. This Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract role) job reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and is based in Cyberjaya.
About the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract role) Role:
This company is seeking for an experienced Recruiter on contract basis to oversee regional requisitions for their organisation. You will also be involved in campus recruitment and employment branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Regional Requisition Process: Take ownership of the regional recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify and understand their specialist-level contract staffing needs
- Talent Sourcing and Screening: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled candidates for specialist roles. Utilise various channels, including industry-specific job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach, to build a diverse candidate pipeline. Conduct comprehensive screening and assessment of candidates to identify the best fit for each position
- Applicant Tracking and Management: Utilise recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications, track progress, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to date candidate records
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Understand their specific needs, assist in developing detailed job descriptions, and create compelling job advertisements targeting specialist talent
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth scheduling process between candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate interview debriefs and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop competitive and attractive contract offers for specialist candidates. Present offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and oversee the offer acceptance process
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or staffing vendors, if applicable, to ensure effective collaboration and adherence to recruitment goals and timeline
To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract role) role, you will need to have solid experience in managing end-to-end talent acquisition from recruitment, employer branding, EVP and referrals management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in specialist-level recruitment, managing high-volume requisitions across multiple locations
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and tools, with a specific focus on attracting specialist talent
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
