In this role, you will develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the business's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment, screen and shortlist candidates through all kinds of channels for a wide range of roles
• Identify the manpower planning and right strategy approach to target potential candidates
• Be the gatekeeper to the recruitment process, work closely with candidates and managers to ensure hiring processes are run smoothly
• Be responsible for Graduate campus recruitment and career fair initiatives
• Utilise various means of recruitment to vamp up recruitment branding, EVP and social media presence
• Manage on related HR recruitment reports as required

To succeed in the Talent Acquisition (Retail) job, you will need to have the ability to work aggressively in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the productivity in closing positions

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Three to five years of full spectrum of recruitment experience
• Experience in leading recruitment projects and driving employer branding initiatives
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
