About the Recruitment Consultant - Sales and Marketing Industrial Role:
In this exciting role with us, you will be part of a team of recruiters who are specialists in recruiting for sales and marketing positions within the industrial, B2B and engineering sectors. Your role will involve managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, providing an exceptional level of service to clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the clients' business, culture and successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements
• Build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality and results
• Develop and provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
• Manage candidates' aspirations to ensure that they secure the career they want in an environment suitable for them
• Assess candidates' skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different roles
• Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages

To succeed in this Recruitment Consultant - Sales and Marketing Industrial role, you must have a sales-driven mindset, possess strong interpersonal skills, an ability to thrive in a challenging environment, a desire to succeed and add value to the client's human capital.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally a bachelor’s degree or professional degree
• Two to three years' professional work experience in a sales role within the industrial/B2B/engineering sectors
• Successful sales and/or recruiters within a similar capacity are welcomed to apply
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• High level of integrity, commitment and accountability
