About the Senior Specialist, Tech Recruitment Role:
In this role, you will develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best tech and IT talents for the Malaysia market. This role is responsible for recruitment strategy and people management in ensuring seamless recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the manpower planning and right strategy approach to target the right potential candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment, screen and shortlist candidates through all kinds of channels for a wide range of roles
• Be the gatekeeper to the recruitment process, work closely with candidates and managers to ensure hiring processes are run smoothly
• Manage on related HR recruitment reports as required
• Utilise various means of recruitment to vamp up recruitment branding, EVP and social media presence

To succeed in the Senior Specialist, Tech Recruitment job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the productivity in closing positions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Five to seven years of work experience, including of hands-on IT or internet hiring experience
• Experience in either in-house company and consulting firm (headhunting consultant or RPO)
• Experience in leading recruitment projects
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
