Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment right from the requisition stage to advertisement, interviewing and hiring
- Seek new ideas and approaches with a view to identify, attract, develop and maintain sufficient talent pool to support the recruitment requirements
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and build relationships with external parties
- Execute and assist in employee engagement activities
- Take charge of the full spectrum of office administration, maintenance and supplies
