You will focus on end-to-end recruitment for both retail and office roles within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full recruitment process right from the requisition stage to advertisement, interviewing and hiring
• Seek new ideas and approaches with a view to identify, attract, develop and maintain sufficient talent pool to support the recruitment requirements
• Communicate and liaise regularly with all functional heads/hiring managers on position requirements, expectations, status and channel strategy
• Prepare and monitor manpower and recruitment documentation processes, update recruitment tracking report and other periodical and ad hoc manpower and movement reporting, etc.

To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Senior Executive (Retail) role, you must have recruitment experience either from in-house or agency.
