A renowned pharmaceutical company is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager job. This is an individual contributor role.
About the Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager Role:
You will be focusing on end-to-end recruitment including hiring for niche roles for their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders and recruitment teams on projects to carve out timelines, deliverables and key action items
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels including direct sourcing, executive search, employee referrals to build a high quality candidate pipeline
- Guide the hiring managers on candidate sourcing, recruitment channels and market conditions
- Seek new ideas and approaches with a view to identify, attract, develop and maintain sufficient talent pool to support the recruitment requirements
- Screen appropriate candidates, shortlist, interview, evaluate and present recommendations to hiring managers, extend offers and manage offer negotiations to successful candidates
- Communicate and liaise regularly with all functional heads / hiring managers on position requirements, expectations, status and channel strategy
- Prepare and monitor manpower and recruitment documentation processes, update recruitment tracking report and other periodical and ad hoc manpower and movement reporting etc.
To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager role, you must have talent acquisition experience including exposure recruiting for niche roles in different countries.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least five years of experience in end to end talent acquisition
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Experience hiring for niche technical roles
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
