A reputable organisation in the financial services industry is looking to hire a Recruitment Manager.
About the Recruitment Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for driving end to end recruitment strategy.
- Recruitment of manpower through online job portals, local newspapers, employment agencies, universities and career fairs
- To assist the Department Manager in interviews and preparation of proposals for recruitment
- Understanding and complying with all matters related to the labour legislation as well as the collective agreement of the financial institution
- Prepare notification to all staff and relevant statutory bodies (if any) on staff transfer, recruitment, re-designation, secondment, promotion and resignation
- Prepare headcount and other related reports as requested by management, government institutions and the head office
- To assist in verifying monthly transaction of payments, personnel expense accounts, accruals and any other transaction in relation to staff claims (payroll, medical claims, training claims and other miscellaneous items)
- Monitor and coordinate the implementation of Group Insurance scheme for staff and update on insurance policies including term life, personal accident and medical insurance
To succeed in the Recruitment Manager role, you must have a strong foundation in end to end talent acquisition in a financial services setting.
- Minimum five years experience in recruitment, preferably in a financial services industry
- Knowledge in Workday would be ideal
- A Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in any field
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent presentation skills
