About the Assistant HR Manager Role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for providing insightful and detailed information on the current candidate market, strength of talent pools and input in to the sourcing strategy for the role.
- Manage the Performance management system
- Overall ownership of recruitment numbers for Malaysia
- Plan and execute recruitment plans according to forecast
- Lead a matured team of recruiters
- Engage with training schools and universities for fresh grad programmes
- Expand candidate resource pools to meet recruitment target
- To provide timely and accurate reports and statistics
- Identify and built long term partnership with external stakeholders
- Active participation in major job fairs and recruitment drives
- Built strong pipelines and identify potential new markets for candidates
- Excellent candidate management processes
- Budgeting for recruitment expenses
To succeed in this role as a Assistant HR Manager, you must have strong experience in performance management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or relevant fields
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in talent acquisition role (in house/agency) as well as experience in Learning & Development
- Excellent writing and communications skills in English
- Prior experience in campus recruitment, social media recruitment
- Entrepreneur spirit, independent & resourceful in meeting target
- Employment branding experience would be a plus
- Excellent knowledge, advance user in PPT, Excel
