Senior HRBP

As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial to driving the people strategy and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders within the organization. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in the financial services sector, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, driving talent management, and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on all human resources matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Talent Management:
- Lead the design and execution of talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Organizational Development:
- Drive organizational change initiatives and provide support during periods of transformation.
- Conduct organizational assessments and implement interventions to improve overall effectiveness.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits, HRIS, and compliance.
- Implement best practices in HR processes and policies.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role within the IT/Tech industry (preferred)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services sector.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading change and driving organizational effectiveness.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
