Senior Specialist, Career Development SEA
Our client is seeking a Senior Specialist in Career Development to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team that drives change and inspires transformation within the organisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and managing the consulting talent pool, ensuring successful adoption and change management efforts towards moving to a new Career Development & Integration Management system.
As a Senior Specialist in Career Development, your role will be pivotal in facilitating quarterly CD meetings, working closely with CD Chairs and Advisors to drive cohort interventions. You will manage the entire CD process, from locking in dates for meetings with multiple senior stakeholders to preparing the meeting agenda. Your excellent organisational skills will be utilised as you coordinate with peers from other teams such as Finance and Human Resources, ensuring the accuracy of information on systems. Your innovative thinking will be key in developing initiatives to improve Career Advisor quality and overall CD effectiveness.
- Facilitate quarterly CD meetings and drive cohort interventions
- Manage end-to-end CD process including meeting logistics and agenda preparation
- Work closely with Career Advisors to ensure robust feedback and documentation for CD meetings
- Support bonus process
- Coordinate with peers from other teams to maintain accuracy of information on systems
- Develop initiatives to improve Career Advisor quality & overall CD effectiveness
