An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a high calibre professional to join a Financial Services Firm as an Administrative Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a pressurised and fast-paced working environment, and is looking to develop a successful career within a global team.
The ideal candidate will be a resilient self-starter with a strong work ethic, who enjoys a fluid working environment where no two days are the same.
What you'll do:
As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be wide-ranging and integral to the smooth running of the office. You will be responsible for managing diaries and meetings, providing secretarial support, managing travel arrangements and maintaining the office environment. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks while remaining organised will be key in this role. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate on event management and provide extensive client administration support.
What you bring:
The ideal Administrative Assistant will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles. You will be extremely resourceful and resilient with proven ability to provide seamless support under pressure. Your superb English language skills will be utilised daily as you proof-read documents ensuring exceptional attention to detail. Your ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative will be key in this role. You will also have a high degree of emotional intelligence alongside exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
