Our client is seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the office. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, planning travel logistics, handling confidential documents, liaising with stakeholders, supporting project management efforts, administering office-related tasks, and preparing presentations and reports. Your ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism will contribute significantly to our operations.

  • Maintain and coordinate the Managing Director's schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritisation of meetings.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and recording minutes.
  • Plan and arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking and coordinating strategic projects.
  • Support administrative functions related to the Managing Director's office.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business summaries.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position brings strong organisational skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite along with other relevant business tools. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch allowing you to work independently when required. You have a knack for interacting effectively with senior executives as well as external stakeholders. Your flexibility allows you to adapt swiftly to changing business needs.

  • Experience as a Executive Assistant for C suite levels between 5 to 12 years
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant business tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
