Our client is seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will manage schedules, communications, and critical business support functions, ensuring the efficient management of the Managing Director's office.
What you'll do:
As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the office. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, planning travel logistics, handling confidential documents, liaising with stakeholders, supporting project management efforts, administering office-related tasks, and preparing presentations and reports. Your ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism will contribute significantly to our operations.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position brings strong organisational skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite along with other relevant business tools. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch allowing you to work independently when required. You have a knack for interacting effectively with senior executives as well as external stakeholders. Your flexibility allows you to adapt swiftly to changing business needs.
