Our client is seeking a highly organised and dependable Office Manager to join their team in KL Sentral. This role requires a professional who can respond quickly and positively in all situations, maintaining poise and efficiency.

You will be entrusted with a great deal of responsibility, overseeing office and administrative systems, managing secretarial matters for Partners and C-level executives, and leading a team of administrative and support professionals both locally and across multiple offices.

What you'll do:

As an Office Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our client's operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing top-notch administrative support to Partners and C-suite executives, coordinating conferences, managing logistics, overseeing Executive Assistants, assisting with marketing materials production, maintaining an organised electronic filing system, fostering teamwork among Executive Assistants, training new hires for smooth onboarding, serving as the primary contact for all administrative matters, overseeing general office maintenance, assisting with contract renewals, tendering processes, and monitoring vendor performance.

  • Provide administrative support to Partners and C-Suite executives
  • Coordinate conferences and manage logistics
  • Oversee and manage Executive Assistants and the front desk
  • Assist with the production and printing of marketing materials and presentation collaterals
  • Maintain and organise the electronic filing system
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Executive Assistants for major production projects
  • Train and coach new Executive Assistants to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Serve as the primary contact for all administrative matters within the office
  • Oversee general office maintenance and ensure facilities are well-maintained
  • Assist with contract renewals, tendering process, and monitor vendor performance
