About the Regional Payroll Analyst Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll specifically for Singapore and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for efficient and timely processing of employee's monthly payroll run and services related to payroll
• Account for payroll reporting, payroll posting and analysis
• Provide payroll-related support and information to the key stakeholders, finance team and other departments when required
• Support the vendor contract renewal and payment process
• Be involved in improvement and ad hoc projects as assigned

To succeed in the Regional Payroll Analyst job, you will need to have a good foundation in Singapore and Hong Kong payrolls.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting or any related field
• At least four years' experience in HR with specialisation in payroll
• Knowledge in Singaporean and Hong Kong payroll regulations, social insurance requirements and tax implications
• Ability to converse in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Effective analytical and problem solving with the ability to manage international stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and ability to work with precision
