About the Regional Payroll Analyst Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll specifically for Singapore and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for efficient and timely processing of employee's monthly payroll run and services related to payroll
Account for payroll reporting, payroll posting and analysis
Provide payroll-related support and information to the key stakeholders, finance team and other departments when required
Support the vendor contract renewal and payment process
Be involved in improvement and ad hoc projects as assigned
To succeed in the Regional Payroll Analyst job, you will need to have a good foundation in Singapore and Hong Kong payrolls.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting or any related field
At least four years' experience in HR with specialisation in payroll
Knowledge in Singaporean and Hong Kong payroll regulations, social insurance requirements and tax implications
Ability to converse in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
Effective analytical and problem solving with the ability to manage international stakeholders
Detail-oriented and ability to work with precision
