About the Regional Payroll Specialist (Japan Market) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll for the South East Asia market, with main portfolio - Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for efficient and timely processing of employee's monthly payroll run and services related to payroll
• Account for payroll reporting, payroll posting and analysis
• Provide payroll-related support and information to the key stakeholders, finance team and other departments when required
• Support the vendor contract renewal and payment process
• Be involved in improvement and digitalisation projects as assigned

To succeed in the Regional Payroll Specialist (Japan Market) job, you will need to have a good foundation in Japan payroll.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting or any related field
• At least four years experience in HR with specialisation in payroll
• Knowledge in Japanese payroll regulations, social insurance requirements and tax implications
